Brighter BURSARY
The Cloré Glow Brighter Bursary is a financial award for students studying in a beauty professional program in Canada.
At Cloré, we support each other so that we can build an inclusive community.
Eligibility Requirements:
YOU’RE A CANADIAN RESIDENT.
Either a citizen or a permanent resident that resides in Canada
YOU IDENTIFY AS BIPOC.
You identify as black, indigenous or as a person of colour.
You have a portfolio.
Your portfolio demonstrates skill and knowledge in the black community in hair and cosmetology.
YOU ARE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 16-29 YEARS.
You must be within the eligible age range.
YOU HAVE PROOF OF ACCEPTANCE OR ENROLLMENT.
Must be able to provide proof of acceptance and enrollment, along with a grade transcript.
YOU ARE IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING BEAUTY PROFESSIONAL FIELDS.
Hairstyling, skin care, cosmetics, manicures/pedicures, non-permanent hair removal such as waxing, and sugaring, and permanent hair removal processes such as electrology and intense pulsed light (IPL).
YOU CAN DEMONSTRATE FINANCIAL NEED.
You must have either qualified for OSAP funding or student aid in your province through official documentation.
