On Sunday, July 2nd, 2023, Jamaal Magloire Foundation hosted the annual Escape event at The Vue, an amazing indoor/outdoor space in Toronto.
We celebrated the Canada Day long weekend with a massive mouth-watering BBQ for meat lovers and vegetarians, along with food by many other delicious local BIPOC restaurants. We had snow cone cocktails, cotton candy, and more fresh cocktails made by a mixologist on behalf of Barbados Rum.
Escape 2023 had the vibes all day long! The event had music by PUFFY, DJ Shy, Dr Jay, DJ Sting and Menace!
We graciously received a check from Cloré Beauty and Barbados Rum for a generous $10,000 EACH! All of the proceeds from this event went to helping youth in underserved communities in the GTA.
