Grow & Glow is a series of 4 in-person workshops designed to empower youth by enhancing their self-confidence, providing practical beauty skills, and fostering a supportive community.
Through interactive sessions, participants will develop a positive self-image and boost self-esteem. They’ll also gain hands-on experience with personalized hair and makeup techniques by Cloré Beauty professionals, tailored to their unique preferences.
Most importantly, this program creates a welcoming space where participants can connect, share experiences, and uplift one another.

Workshop 3 GROW & GLOW: Back-to-School Confidence Building Program: Embrace Your Identity

Workshop Description
As the new school year approaches, our program helps youth manage nerves, boost self-confidence, and celebrate their unique identities. The program is divided into three interactive parts:
Part 1: Understanding Emotions
Participants will identify and discuss common back-to-school anxieties, learning to reframe negative thoughts into positive affirmations. This builds resilience and prepares them for upcoming challenges.
Part 2: Identity Exploration
Through creative activities like journaling and group discussions, students will celebrate their individuality and learn the value of self-acceptance, fostering confidence as they head back to school.
Part 3: Practical Strategies for Success
Students will acquire tools for managing nerves, improving communication skills, and building positive relationships. These strategies empower them to start the school year with confidence and pride.
This program equips youth with essential tools to embrace their identities and thrive in a school setting.
